Formation Studio was founded by Kelley Ross to build deeper connections with clients and help them realize their full potential through thoughtful, customized design. With over 20 years of experience, Kelley’s approach is rooted in a deep understanding of each client’s needs, ensuring every project reflects their lifestyle or brand. Whether designing a custom home or a small commercial space, her holistic approach blends architecture and interior design to create beautiful, balanced spaces that inspire.

Having spent much of her career at local firms, Kelley has contributed to a wide range of award-winning projects, including retail spaces, medical facilities, educational buildings, and iconic works like the San Diego Zoo’s Africa Rocks and the University of Arizona’s Student Success District.
